These conditions govern the sale of the products made available on our website. The goods we offer include trophies, medals, promotional items and engraving services.

The products mentioned herein are those that are displayed on our website at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as out of stock. All the information, descriptions or images we provide on our products are described and presented with the best possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by this information, descriptions or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service of our suppliers. You agree to buy these items at your own risk.

Shipment and Delivery

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount your paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we intended to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping time and costs, these may vary due to specific circumstances.

Refund

We accept refund requests on our website for items that meet one of the following conditions:

1. the item is damaged
2. the item does not match the description
3. the item is not the right size
4. the item was sent to you by mistake

Claims can be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds do not apply to items on clearance.

Returns

Any product for exchange or refund must be returned to the seller in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Golden Awards & Specialties offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
